How many employees can be managed at the same time?

With our smart locks, you can assign as many e-keys as you like – ideal for growing teams, flexible workplaces, and companies with high staff turnover. Furthermore, as an administrator, you can create up to 150 individual codes, 200 fingerprints, and 150 RFID cards per door lock. These are all clearly displayed and easy to manage via the app.

Can different access rights be assigned?

Yes. You can individually specify who can access which areas and when—for example, only on weekdays, only at certain times, or only certain doors.

Does the system also work at multiple locations?

Yes. You can manage all doors and locations centrally via the SmartAccess app – location-independent, scalable, and in real time.

How complex is the integration into the existing system?

Minimal. Our smart locks can be retrofitted without drilling and require no complex IT integration. Management is done via the app or web portal – intuitive and secure. Our team of experts is happy to assist you with any questions.

Can access be documented and tracked?

Yes. As an administrator, you can see exactly who opened which door and when in the app. This ensures transparency and clear responsibilities, for example, in sensitive areas or during shift work.
