How does remote access work?

Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi function, you can control your smartHANDLE from anywhere via the app. You can send virtual keys, manage access rights, or see who opened the door and when – in real time.

What types of access are available?

You can open doors using an app, fingerprint, or RFID tag. You can also send virtual keys to other people—for example, cleaning staff, guests, or employees.

Can I specify when someone gets access?

Yes. In the app, you can grant time-limited access – one-time, recurring, or only at specific times or days of the week. Ideal for flexible usage scenarios.

How long do the batteries last?

With four standard AAA batteries, the SmartHANDLE lasts up to a year, depending on usage. The app will notify you in advance when the battery level is low.

How long is the warranty?

Every product comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to charge the battery in a timely manner, vandalism, or resetting.
