The EL20 Digital Smart Cylinder is available in two variants to accommodate different door thicknesses.

The EL20.1 variant is ideal for doors with an adjustable external length of 35-45mm and an internal length of 31-41mm.

The EL20.2 variant is designed for thicker doors, allowing for adjustments of both the external and internal lengths between 50-65mm.  Both variants offer precise adjustment in 5mm increments and combine 5 different opening methods in one product. The comprehensive features of the mobile app perfectly complement this smart access solution.

The EL20 Digital smart cylinder is suitable for all types of exterior (IP55) and interior doors that are in European standards. (wooden doors, aluminum doors, Belgian doors, etc.)

Will it fit my door?

We strongly recommend that you measure your door before purchasing to ensure that you order the correct cylinder length. To do this, open the door and measure on the inside of the door from the door lock to the inside edge of the door or outside edge of the door.

How long does the battery last?

the battery last for 12 Months

How long is the warranty and what does it include?

Warranty for 12 months. The warranty does not include a fault resulting from not charging the battery in time, vandalism or resetting.

Can the cylinder be transferred from one door to another?

The EL20 Digital smart cylinder can be moved easily from door to door. Installing the cylinder does not damage the door, so it will always be possible to return the previous cylinder.
